P.E Drills
The last few weeks Te Ngahere has been doing P.E drills which is to teach us to play and get used to different games, for example, we are learning how to play Ki O Rahi which is just like Rippa rugby for us Maoris. Ki o Rahi Games are 5 minute quarters with an immediate change at quarter time and a 2-minute break at half time. The sport is non-contact but players wear a belt holding two velcro tags around their waist. It is really fun to play and I am learning a lot from these drills.
