Cross Country

Cross Country Practice

This week in Te Ngahere we have been doing cross country
practice and Fitness including planks, push ups, high knees and many more fitness activities.
It really helps me out because I can only run short
distance and get really tired after a 300m run but I'm slowly getting there.
If we do the fitness well, we can play a game.
I'm feeling more energetic than I normally am during fitness.
